  • In a small saucepan, bring the almond milk and ground ginger to a simmer. simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, and whisk in the pumpkin pie mix. Once combined, add the chai tea. let steep for 3 - 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with ground cinnamon and coconut cream, and enjoy!
