Our Favorite Classic Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 9" deep dish pie shell
  • 1 15 oz can Farmer's Market Foods Organic Pumpkin Puree
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground clove
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk *can be substituted with full fat coconut milk or half and half
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ea eggs, slightly beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°.
  • Mix pumpkin, sugar, and spices together.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Mix slowly until thoroughly mixed. Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350° for an additional 35-50 minutes.
  • Thoroughly cool pie before serving.
