Homestyle Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can Farmer's Market Organic Sweet Potato Pie Mix
- 12 oz Evaporated Milk
- 2 ea eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 9" Deep-dish pie shell
Instructions
- Empty Sweet Potato Pie Mix into a mixing bowl and stir in milk and eggs
- Pour into pie shell
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
- Cool pie 2-4 hours before serving.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
