lean ground beef or vegetarian substitute

red kidney beans

Instructions
Brown ground beef or vegetarian ground beef and drain off excess fat.
Put ground beef in a large pot, and add remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 1-2 hours, and serve with crackers or cornbread.
