Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Put muffin cups into muffin tins.
- Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Beat in the pumpkin and eggs.
- Sift remaining dry ingredients (except for oats) into the bowl, and slowly add milk; stirring with your hands until just incorporated.
- Dredge raisins in 1/2 cup of flour, and stir in raisins.
- Spoon mixture into paper cups in muffin tin, and sprinkle oats over top each muffin. Bake for 20-25 minutes, let cool, and serve.
