Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, and pumpkin pie spice until evenly combined.
- Add Farmers Market Pumpkin Puree and maple syrup to the bowl. Stir thoroughly until well combined. You want the mixture to be thick and sticky.
- Add the chocolate chips to the bowl and mix together.
- Using a small cookie scoop gather one ball and roll it between your hand for the best shape possible.
- Place the ball on the tray lined in parchment paper, make sure the balls aren't touching. Refrigerate for about 25 minutes so that the balls can firm.
- Remove the pumpkin balls from the fridge and enjoy!
